Rania Mankarious has spent nearly two decades fighting for families. As CEO of Crime Stoppers of Houston, an attorney, and someone with a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, she has dedicated her career to addressing crime—the sinfulness of man personified—and creating solutions that protect children and strengthen communities.
Her work has taken her into schools, churches, boardrooms, and legislative halls. She’s written a bestselling book on online safety, three teen journals to help kids stay safe online, led national campaigns on child protection, and advised lawmakers on critical reforms.
But Rania’s most important role is at home—as wife, mom of three daughters, and caretaker of two beloved pups. She knows firsthand the challenges of parenting in today’s world, and she brings both professional insight and personal experience to every conversation.
With Parenting the NOW Generation, Rania shares what she’s learned—lessons forged through faith, family, and nearly two decades of combating crime—so parents everywhere can raise children who are safe, resilient, and equipped to live with courage in a complicated world.
